Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Pupward Society is a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your delivery address and with your household and neighbours, then contact your local post office, as they can look up the delivery scan details. If it still can't be found, contact us at support@pupwardsociety.com within 15 days of the delivery scan and we'll work with you on a resolution. Please note that because our products are made to order, we are unable to guarantee free replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If tracking shows your order as lost in transit or has not updated for an extended period, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a free replacement.
